The button shouldn't lead to a dead end.

A booking link goes nowhere. A contact form stops working. Or the site shows an error. That calls for a targeted repair, not necessarily a brand-new website.

Fix the part that matters.

Enquiry and booking routes

Broken enquiry buttons, booking links, missing thank-you messages and forms that never reach the right inbox. We follow the same path a visitor would before suggesting a change.

Errors and site availability

404 pages, WordPress errors, redirects, domain changes and hosting trouble. The cause matters: a dead link needs a very different fix from a server that's down.

How a repair starts

A practical process with clear scope, test evidence and no surprise rebuild.

  1. Show us the problem

Send the website URL, what you clicked and what should have happened. A screenshot or error message helps, but isn't required.

  2. Check it

We reproduce the problem, identify the likely cause and explain what access we might need. A fix is quoted and approved before work begins.

  3. Fix and retest

With agreed access, we make the change and check the actual contact or booking route on desktop and mobile, including whether the enquiry arrives.

Keep the site you already have.

We do not automatically recommend a rebuild. If the existing website works apart from a broken enquiry button, let's repair that rather than replace everything.

Some problems depend on old hosting, a booking provider or CMS access. We explain those dependencies before changing a live site.

Before we start

Can you guarantee it's fixable?

Not without seeing the cause and the access available. We can start with an investigation, explain the findings and agree what is possible.

Do I need to move hosting?

Often not. A broken link or simple form issue usually doesn't require migrating the entire site. Hosting changes are only considered if needed.

What does a repair cost?

We quote after assessing the issue and required access. The time and scope are agreed first. New website prices are on our separate pricing page.

Should I send you my passwords?

Not for an initial look. If access is necessary after agreeing the work, use scoped or temporary access where supported. Never include passwords in an ordinary contact form.

Show us where it goes wrong.

A URL and a sentence about the problem are enough to start.
